Louis Noce

Dr. Louis Noce is a board certified neurosurgeon who treats a broad spectrum of neurosurgical problems, including, brain tumors, spinal disease, and peripheral nerve disorders. Dr. Noce has a particular interest and expertise in minimally invasive surgery.

Dr. Noce completed his medical training and neurosurgery residency at the prestigious Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City.  There he trained with leaders in the field for cranial and spine surgery, and was one of the earliest surgeons adopting and pioneering minimally invasive techniques.  He continues to incorporate these minimally invasive techniques into his current practice and has served as an instructor for these techniques to other surgeons.  His overall approach to patient care is to ensure his patients understand all their treatment options and provide maximum care in the least invasive manner possible, giving them the opportunity for a rapid recovery. Dr. Noce’s “hands on” care philosophy includes providing interventional pain management (epidural steroid injections, facet joint injections, and spinal cord stimulation) and stem cell implantation into degenerative lumbar discs.

With his “open door” policy, Dr. Noce is happy to see patients in the office without films or prior studies (such as x-ray, CT and MRI scans, and EMGs), thus allowing them to start their treatment plan immediately.  In many cases, he can see patients within 72 hours.

In his free time Dr. Noce is a car and driving enthusiast, enjoys gardening, landscape design and reading.

Dr. Noce is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Association of Neurologic Surgeons and the Congress of Neurologic Surgeons.

Dr. Noce has a special interest in cranial surgery and minimally invasive spine surgery.
