The date of the race is Sunday, October 25, 2009. Race start time is 9:00am   Registration The first 1,000 entrants receive an official CRSS Race for Hope long-sleeve tee shirt.   Entry Fee By September 30, 2009 - $20 Early Bird September 30 - October 16, 2009 - $25 • Online registration closes noon Friday, October 23 • Mail-in registration ends 4pmMonday, October 19 • NO DAY OF RACE REGISTRATION   Registrants must be at least 13 years of age to register to run/walk in this event. Please note - there are no strollers, baby carriages, joggers or baby carriers of any kind allowed in race.   Dress Be prepared for crisp, Fall Upstate New York weather. Think LAYERS!   Packet Pick Up October 20-22, 2009 9am-4pm Capital Region Special Surgery 1220 New Scotland Road Suite 204 Slingerlands, New York, 12159 DAY OF RACE PACKET PICK UP BEGINS AT 7AM FREE PARKING available across the street in the old Blue Cross Blue Shield lot, please look for parking signs and parking captains to direct you.   Fundraising We encourage a donation of $100 or greater, however, there is no minimum requirement.
